[Client] - Skin Boost not actually unlocking skin.

In lobby, teammate buys skin boost at more or less the same time as I re-roll. The skin which was supposed to be unlocked wasn't. Wasted the poor guys Ritobucks

The skins that ARE unlocked for gp are ones I own.

They are a waste in general XD Temp skins are lame.

But it also gives an IP boost to all players, so it's not completely wasted if a skin isn't unlocked.
