Not able to connect to Riot servers
Yesterday I was unable to login into the client due to this error: "We're unable to log you in because you may be offline" (my internet was working I was watching a stream). I tried closing and reopening the client several times with no success. I restarted my pc but still same issue, I tried switching servers but nothing changed. Then i went to client settings and initiated a full repair which did not work. I unistalled the client and tried to install a fresh new version. After downloading the installer and selecting the path to download the client does not update, it simly remains at 0% progress. These are the messages in the log file:

I tried all the possible solutions, including turning off firewall, updating drivers, windows, put the manual dns (8888-8844), restarted router, changed my internet connection from cable to wifi connected through my phone (thought is a internet provider issue). I am not an expert but from the log it clearly says that I cannot connect to https://lol.secure.dyn.riotcdn.net/channels/public/live-na-win.json. I also tried to download the eune installer and the same issue. My last resort will be reinstalling the windows but I am not sure that will solve the problem. Did anyone had this issue and can assist me resolving it?
