new champ select mastery/rune bug

So I bought a rune page and it wasn't available in champ select. Also I played a blind pick game with my adc masteries(warlords). Then the next game, I played in ranked draft and it said i had masteries for aatrox (thunderlords) because i was playing aatrox. When i went in game i had warlords which meant i had my adc masteries.

pls fix for clarity
