whole team disconnects

On EUW server, there appears to be a client bug, I think it started over the past 2 days at least. The entire team disconnects simultaneously. In game today I managed to reconnect, but yesterday in ranked I couldn't :( - this affected other players though, was playing with a friend who also dced. This appears to happen randomly, several other players on friends list have reported this happening; one player reported this happening 4 times in the past 2 days. So far its only happened on summoners rift for me. There is also an in game message that the first person to reconnect has unpaused the game. Has this happened to anyone else?
