Katarina stuck in turret

Me and some of my friends were playing dominion and one of my friends were play Katarina. He used Shunpo on a friendly unit while this unit were close to a turret, and he ended up inside of the turret. He were unable to Shunpo, recall or flash, and it were not untill a hostile unit attacked him, that he was set free from the evil prison.
