error 004 patch 7.5

hey, I basically tried everything - without success so far. Anyone can land a hand? I've tried installing and uninstalling in lots of different ways, I updated registry stuff with ccleaner, tried using the tool "Hextech Repair Tool" and I've tried all of the options there, tried uninstalling, restarting, creating new user - Nothing gave me success so far. What to do? Please I'm getting hopeless. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you find a solution to this? I tried everything u stated aswell yet still have the same problem now in 7.8, how did u solve it?
