No hextech chest after getting S-. No prior S ranks or chests on that character.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, So i played a game as Kayn and got an S-, I'm fully aware the chest panel says S- or greater. Can confirm I got one as Lucian, feel I've been duped. Is anyone else having this problem?

I've had no prior chests as Kayn and have photographic evidence to back this up.

• I'm aware others have had something similar but the posts were 14 months+ old.
• I'm not sure on the remedy for this.
• I'd be happy if Riot fixes this so we can get our chests, its a game mechanic and reward for playing well, no sense not rewarding you and following the mechanic, its like doing a days work and not getting paid. Also be cool if I could get my chest, k thx. Also be cool if its fixed so no one has this issue in the future
