My game crashes after campion select 6.23

well i was playing a game of league before this happend i turned down the video settings fo a video i was doing for youtube so i finished the game to go into another when thes message poped up after champ select unable to connect to server please check your network connection WHAT do i do ive deleted the game and instaled it please help
