Cant lock in due to having a baned Champ selected for me or not being able to lock in[Client]

Occasionally when in the lock or ban screen you can't lock in. Either the lock in button won't work or itll choose the champion i banned (most often happens when I ban Ivern but idk if that matters) and wont let me select a different champion and then I get a ban timer. The former issue of not being able to click the lock in button is way more frequent and makes the game unplayable due to the stupid ban timers. Id say about 25% of my games it wont let me lock in. A minimum of once a day. Id really appreciate if someone could say something. Im going to link to a reddit post ive made where other users have the same issue. Riot please stop punishing us for wanting to play your game.
