Garen can no longer E+recall

Before the Garen buff, Garen could E a wave while recalling saving time when his laner was roaming or dead. This was a small little trick that was pleasing and added a small depth to him. Now it interrupts his recall when E channel is finished.

I dont know if its intended just seems a bit odd if it is. It is a quality of life change which was nice on him.
