Double-Stasis from Zhonya's/Stopwatch

You can obtain two Stasis actives if Perfect Timing is used and Zhonya's is purchased before 10 minutes. In the above image (third link below), Zhonya's is on cooldown, and I am able to stasis using stopwatch.
