[Client] Disconnect issues randomly and constantly

Hello all, I contacted support and was told to post here. I will get the disconnected from PVP.net notice at random times, but only ever for a few seconds, and nothing else is ever interrupted. It 100% happens all of the time when I try to do a team builder, but is completely random to when it occurs otherwise.
