Funny things

Game was crushed while i was to join in queue....i wasnt able to connect When i restarted game, i had to wait for 5 min. It wasnt first time, and i am sure it is not last time. Is this game really full of bugs?!

I guess that riot programers cant deal with this problem, so what to do?!
