[GAMEPLAY] Reactivation bug

I've encountered a bug that occurs on champions whose abilities activate twice. I've had it happen most often on Renekton after activating the second portion of Slice and Dice but have also had it happen on Lee Sin's shield and Nidalee when activating her ultimate rapidly.

On reactivation of the ability, the cursor turns into a blue reticle usually meant for pings. While the cursor is like this it is impossible to ping, click the map or select champions to view their items. The cursor goes back to normal only after reconnecting to the game or waiting a random amount of time.
