Issue with sticky keys on a Roccat Isku FX

Hey, it seems like more people then just me have had this problem but its reaching truely SILLY proportions...

Its a high end gaming machine using a roccat isku FX and the Roccat Tyon and every once in a while (before tonight it happened twice) it will just lock down the alt key like sticky keys are active or like you are holding it down.

Now needless to say sticky keys are not activated on my machine and doing this locks down my keyboard entirely. Now i am loath to put Alt-tab on a mouse button or something. (because lets face it that is incrediby silly as a fix)

So what i am basically asking in this ramble is Has anyone solved the problem? Does the roccat proteam have to put up with this bullshit, am i going to get banned since in my last 3 games i had to hard reboot my pc 3 times, since removing and reinserting the cable does not fix anything.
