Update 5.10 will not work

I have tried every single method to fix this and it still has not been solved. It has been like this since the update came out a few days ago, and i was playing league mere minutes before the update came out and got stuck. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changed. I have not been able to update it for 4-5 days now. It continues to get stuck at 277 MB, where the kbps drops to 0. I left it on over night to download after it hit zero and it just stopped at 91%, which i left there for a full 24 hours and it did not move. It occasionally gets stuck at 33% and still scanning the files before the update steps. I have tried deleting various files that past forums and posts have told me and they seemed to make progress and get it to download more, but it still will not finish. At this point its not even about me wanting to play i just want this fixed because it is ridiculous how long it has been stuck like this. Someone please help me. [Client]
