It wouldn't let me buy poppy, and i tried it twice.

I tried to buy and i thought i did cause it said purchase complete but then it gave me the option to buy her again and i supposedly didn't own her so i tried to purchase her again and it said purchase complete but then it says i don't own her and i used 900 IP to try to purchase her.
