Attempting to Reconnect in ARAM

Was in an ARAM with two other buds and near the end of the game all three of us got Attempting to Reconnect. We're not in the same area and voice chat (which was through league) kept going without a hiccup. Everything else just froze. Then everything's moving again and the enemy team is on our nexus and the game is lost.

edit: I should note that when the game had started, one of the guys I was with hadn't realized game had started because his screen had froze so he had to restart.
