support ticket page not functional

HI my account has been locked apparently due to avoid suspicious activity, and says I need to submit a ticket and verify details, email etc to reactivate, when I click on the submit ticket link, all I get is a blank page. So how can anyone, how can I possibly submit a ticket if its not working?
