Game Freezing for 20 seconds randomly

Hello. since the last patch my game started to freeze up to 20 seconds for no reason. Sometimes I can play 1 game without it freezing even once, other times (Just now) it froze 5 times in 10 minutes. It is really frustrating to die and having no control over it. I tryed OCing my GPU, didn't work. Updating Nvidia drives, didn't work. Turning off programs like: Wallpaper Engine, Steam, Google Chrome, ect. also didn't work. I do have my CPU OCed, but it's stable and I didn't have issues before. Other games work fine so I really don't understand what the problem is. I need help, I'm desperate

Hey, is league stored on a HDD or SSD? If it's on the HDD there's a very good chance that the HDD is damaged/faulty, if that's the case then also other things such as videos, games will also have this freezing problem, as long as they re stored on damaged drive. GL Edit: source: had this problem myself.

Hi there. I have the same problem even with a new SSD. It also do the same freeze on any other games (and even kick me from servers) like Left 4 Dead 2 or Don't Starve which are pretty smooth even for a 5 yo laptop. I though this come from lastest W10 updates but you seem to encounter the same problem since more than a year. I don't know where to check since i'm on it for 4/5 months. I wiped everything and have a clean W10 like.. 3 or 4 times. Any clues ? I have a Geforce 650M fully updated.
