LEAGUE WONT RUN PROPERLY- 1FPS

i have a razer blade, it runs perfectly through all games. But when i play league, i can successfully go through the home screen, but when i join a game i will be stuck with 1fps saying attemptin to reconnect. idk if this is a bug or just something that needs to be patched, but my pc is professional gaming grade, and this should never happen. pls fix my unplayable problem riot.
