Connecting to games late

Hey guys, really need some help to resolve the issue. Its been happening only last 2 weeks. Some games I connect fast and others the percentage goes like 1 per second and I end up 1-2 minutes late. My laptop is old but internet should be fine (using lan cable + high speed fibre). Its kind of random, literally one game is no problem and the next one Im loading super slow + client doesnt wait for me to load at all.
