[GAMEPLAY] Elise Rappel + Smartcast Clunkiness

When you play Elise while using quick/smartcast, you'll find that you can't rappel up unless you target an enemy in sight. This wasn't the case before, as you'd be able to rappel with no enemies in vision. This means that you camp jump to jungle camps anymore using smartcast. However, if you use normal cast, ground cast will activate by simply pressing the mouse in the circle when you press Rappel. Then you can target an enemy within rappel vision. However, this also means that you can't smartcast Elise's cacoon, which feels awfully clunky to players who have adapted to using quickcast.

If this is intentional, I can't seem to figure out how.

I've just settled on the fact that smartcast is stupid and broken as hell. It's so inconsistent and annoying, yet still faster to use than normal cast.

It could have been so much better.

Yeah just played Elise after awhile and realized that (wow, after 5 months!) the problem is still there. The most frustrating part is that you can't switch it to normal cast because that would mean that your stun would be on normal cast too, which would slow down your casting (either way). Elise
