Vi's Flash / Q not working anymore (GAMEPLAY)

Doing what you would normally do for a Vi Flash / Q combo does not work anymore. Can replicate 10/10 times. If you flash then let go of Q right after (like you should be able to) it does not work. cancels Q but puts it on a reduced cooldown (as if you were interrupted). If you Q then flash right after you are unable to Flash / Q combo still, but this time the cooldown time is the full length (as if the Q went through). As a Vi player that I am, it was very noticeable and affected her gameplay and play making potential.

EDIT I saw on Surrender@20 that they are aware of certain champs having this issue and working on fixing it, thanks for all the response!

Man as a main this is really annoying I must have had 3 or 4 missed summoner 4 Q's before the thought that it was a bug even crossed my mind. Hopefully they fix this for Vi and Xerath as well.

would be a huge nerf to Vi. Definitely wasn't a positive experience flashing into a Zed mid lane with my ult going on cooldown and me just standing there

I just played a game and had to enjoy the failure of this combo due to an unknown bug. Attempting to Flash while charging your Q counts as a cancel or interruption.
