[GAMEPLAY] Azir Ult doesn't apply knockback to feared champion

In the replay submitted above, at 27:10 in the botlane, Azir's ult doesn't apply knockback on Jax, who didn't have a spellshield on and had already used his Q. He was feared by a Shaco trap during impact, though, so I suspect that is what caused the bug. Seeing as fear is one the rarer forms of cc in the game, and Azir isn't too popular, I can see how this may have slipped past the radar up to now.
