Missing Lvl Up Reward

I might be stupid but I am missing the lv 2 and 3 reward. I have done the tutorial and then again when I found out that I can "pick" Lux, Master Yi, Miss Fortune, Ahri, or Darius. That might just mean I can use them for a limited time though. However, I haven't unlocked the Caitlyn yet. I did get a shard though but the link said it would give the full champion.
