Ekko in-game bug issues [GamePlay]

I just finished playing 2 games with Ekko where at first I thought that I was simply lagging which is why my spells would not go off but that was not the case. In my last game I checked my fps and it was good same for ms. Upon using my q spell it would take very long for my q to come back to me so I simply missed the cs. Whenever I threw down my w it would not show up and I just instantly die against in team fights. When I used my e to either escape or to go towards my w or to give chase I simply glide for around 20 seconds, literally. I just glide and all action on my screen stops causing me to then realize my health bar was going down. Finally, on my first attempt to use my ultimate it worked but after that my ultimate simply either caused me to glide again, my heart wasn't regenerated or reversed and it was just basically me dying in the game. It was not a feeding situation but rather I just could not do anything about it. Please take a look at it whenever you can.
