Game was stuck on selection screen

I entered a game and selected my champ. The timer hit ZERO and I waited and waited and waited, no change. I thought it might be best to exit and try reconnect. There is no reconnect button, and now when I click to search for another game the button just resets as if I haven't clicked it. I then tried to play on practice and it has said I couldn't as I am currently in a game, this is more than an hour later. I tried switching regions and coming back to my original but to no avail. PLEASE HELP,
