Sion passive appearing invisible

Hi, I was playing a aram game today, and a few times in my game my passive had no body or health bar showing. I think it had to do with an interaction with either kha's or rengar's ult but am not 100% sure. First at 5:00, second time was at about 8:50, then at 22:26
