Support item "Remnant of the Aspect" not executing minions

Pretty much what the title said, the item is not executing minions as it's suppose to.

The item does heal and share gold. Well, I don't know if my ADC actually got anything but I am getting gold from last hitting. However, I have to last hit as if I don't have the item at all, whereas normally it's suppose to execute minions with low HP.

I was playing Thresh with Lucian ADC in normal 5v5.

The execute minion when below certain health threshold only applies to melee champions, so champs like rakan, thresh who are classified as ranged but low range dont get the execute anymore.
