Windows 10 Bug?

I started a match today after installing Windows 10 on my laptop, and I realized that when I go to use abilities, I literally have to mash my left trackpad button in order for it to actually cast. Abilities will only cast after hitting the button 3-4 times, and the same thing happens when I try to place wards. I realize this could be solved with quick cast, but I prefer normal cast.

PS: No, the left trackpad button isn't the problem, it works fine when browsing the web, etc...
