Heimerdinger Rocket Bug

alright i was playing him and i was top lane vs an when i got my rocket's at level 2 i fired them at him and turns out if 3 or more of the rockets hit it proc'ed thunder lord's this can be abused for heavy poke due to the high single target AP ratio on the rocket's after i hit the rockets and saw this i....kinda abused it and it doe's ALOT of damage even in the first 6 mins or so not sure if you wanted the rockets to auto proc it but it can be abused i'm not even joking lol

-watching the top laner and jg dive my turrets as heimer- .....and i have [slayer-pantheon-popcorn] [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
