0 key fragments after the curve reset :(

alright so u may think im just crying and i need to wait but i rly think my account is bugged. i have 10 chests and 0 key fragments. my monthly reset is around the 6-10 of the month and now its the 17 and i didnt get a single key fragment. i usually open 1-2 chests per month which is supposed to be 3-4. i always play with my friends so it means we are full team of premades and i win a lot and still no keys but my friends get them all the time. i also noticed since the release when i have in the loot 2 key fragments i can wait weeks until i get the third and after i get the third i get the same affect. help pls
