PBE: TUTORIAL WON'T LOAD!

I have gotten my PBE account and I have to do the tutorial. But it won't load! The wheel thing just keeps on turning and never loads. Help?

I'm having the same issue, I just signed up and downloaded the PBE client a few days ago. But the tutorial won't load so I can't play blind or draft pick on the rift.

I also suffer this problem! I've tried starting a nexus blitz match since its the only thing that actually lets me enter a lobby (since everything else is locked because i haven't been able to load the tutorial as well..) But.. every time i start the queue and find a match it just says a player has declined the ready check/says i didnt although i did.. Weird. Please let me know if you find a fix!
