I'm trying to purchase a champion + skin bundle (Syndra + Justicar Syndra) from the Snowdown Shop, and I receive an error every time I try, even after resetting the client. Is there a reason for this?

I know about the Challenger Ahri issue, but this seems unrelated, as it isn't a legacy skin.
I'm having issues as well with the challenger Ahri. Is it maybe because she is unavailable in the shop? Kinda frustrating.
I think I figured it out.
This post was made earlier and at the bottom it says that you will be unable to purchase any skin from your Snowdown Shop if that skin is currently on sale in the store.
However, and this was not mentioned, I believe the same applies if: 1.) You do not own the champion that the skin is for AND 2.) That champion is currently on sale
In your image, it says that the price includes the champion, meaning that you do not own Syndra, and Syndra is currently on sale, so this is likely why you are unable to purchase this from the Snowdown Shop.
Syndra will no longer be on sale starting on Dec 19th, so try to purchase it then and see if it works.
For anyone else that is having a similar problem, first check to see if the skin you are wanting to buy is currently on sale, and, if you don't own the champion, check to see if the champion is currently on sale. If neither are on sale and you still can't purchase an item from your Snowdown Shop, your best bet would likely be to send in a support ticket to try and get the issue resolved.

Can anyone explain why both of my account got the same snowdown shop. The 5 skins in the snowdown shop are exactly the same and they are in the same order from left to right, is it suppose to be like this?

ME TOO! SAME error happened to me in my showdown shop for Challenger Ahri.
Been 2 days now!
I found that when i tried to get vi and officer vi it gave me the error but, after i purchased vi separately it allowed me to get the skin. I missed out on a 60% off champ but at least i was able to get the skin. Hope this helps.

i have the same problem and i can't buy snow day Malzahar includes champion and it is really pissing me off and if the thing someone else posted, where the skin/champ is on sale you can't buy that sale on snowdown is true. well fuck i can't buy the skin/champ until January 7 holy shit snowdown shop ends on December 30. why the fuck do you give me a sale that i can't have at all aaah. pisses me off. sorry for language but come on.

Same thing happens with Challenger Ahri, I'm hoping they will fix this bug quickly because I bought riot points just for this skin in my snow down shop 😢
