I'm trying to purchase a champion + skin bundle (Syndra + Justicar Syndra) from the Snowdown Shop, and I receive an error every time I try, even after resetting the client. Is there a reason for this?

This post was made earlier and at the bottom it says that you will be unable to purchase any skin from your Snowdown Shop if that skin is currently on sale in the store.
However, and this was not mentioned, I believe the same applies if: 1.) You do not own the champion that the skin is for AND 2.) That champion is currently on sale
In your image, it says that the price includes the champion, meaning that you do not own Syndra, and Syndra is currently on sale, so this is likely why you are unable to purchase this from the Snowdown Shop.
Syndra will no longer be on sale starting on Dec 19th, so try to purchase it then and see if it works.
For anyone else that is having a similar problem, first check to see if the skin you are wanting to buy is currently on sale, and, if you don't own the champion, check to see if the champion is currently on sale. If neither are on sale and you still can't purchase an item from your Snowdown Shop, your best bet would likely be to send in a support ticket to try and get the issue resolved.

TacticZer01 votesI found that when i tried to get vi and officer vi it gave me the error but, after i purchased vi separately it allowed me to get the skin. I missed out on a 60% off champ but at least i was able to get the skin. Hope this helps.

What I meant when I said that is if the skin (or champion if you don't own it) is currently on discount in the store, then you won't be bale to buy that sale. As of right now, Snow Day Malzahar is not currently on discount, but Malzahar himself is, and he will remain on discount until the end of the 21st. So, on the 22nd, when Malzahar comes off the discount, then you will be able to make that purchase.

Zombiemaster1 votesI see that you don't own Malzahar, so the reason you can't make this purchase is because Malazahar is currently on sale for 50% off in the normal store. So, either you can wait until tomorrow when Malzahar is no longer on sale, or you can purchase Malzahar right now, both of which will allow you to purchase the Snow Day Malzahar skin. Since the discount you have is 60%, I recommend you wait until tomorrow, as it will save you some RP (unless you can and want to buy Malzahar with IP).
