Drop-hack or bug

I was in game playing , doing pretty well (5-2-0 and best farm in game), when my game starts lagging while i was having steady 90 fps 44 ms on a lan cable. Than bugsplat came in, my game crashed. When i closed LOL and started it again a LOL popup message insisted my client was running, and i should try again after i close that already running window. I found the running window in task manager and closed it, after that i wasn't able to log in in both the old and the new client. When it finally let me connect they were already doing the baron and finishing the game. And still it was buggy, lagging and screens freezing, and 2s later everything moved except me but following my skill commands. Please handle hacks and cheats (not insisting that this is one) as you have always 'cuz playing LoL with cheaters sucks. Thank you!
