[GAMEPLAY] Titanic Hydra Active does not reset Mordekaiser's autoattack during Q

Mordekaiser has 3 different autoattack animations during his 3 Q's; if you activate the Titanic Hydra mid Q, the reset does not work and you autoattack normally.

Reproduction steps:

1. Play as Mordekaiser.
2. Buy Titanic Hydra.
3. Pop Q, autoattack, and activate Titanic Hydra immediately afterwards. As if you tried to reset the autoattack for the second or the third Q.
4. Notice how you can reset autoattack timer in normal attacks, but that's not the case with Morde's Q.
5. Edit Also notice how 2nd and 3rd autoattack do not apply Titanic passive either.
