Champion Mastery Bug - Erasing/Not receiving Mastery points

I played a game as Poppy in Blind Pick Normals, finished my game and recieved an A rank and mastery points, bringing me to 1000 points. After this match i played a ranked game as Poppy Jungle and recieved an S+ rank at the end of the match. However, even though the points were awarded to me in the post-game lobby and i recieved a visual indicator that i had ranked up, there was NO INCREASE in my Champ Level on my profile, in fact poppy had COMPLETELY disappeared from my "Recently Played" and "Working on" sections of my profile. Assuming that this was indeed a bug i logged out and then logged back in, this time ALL OF MY CHAMP POINTS WERE ERASED and i was sent back to Level 0 on Poppy as if i had never played her.

EDIT: Upon waiting approx. 10 minutes and then logging back in, all of my Champion Mastery stuff was in order. I recommend a PSA so that other players dont throw a fit like me
