Missing Hextech Chests [CLIENT?]

I was part of a pre-made group yesterday and we played two games where a member got an S rank, but only they received a chest. From what I read about the crafting if anyone gets an S rank or above everyone in the group receives a chest. If it has been updating from that since then, I'm sorry I must be a bit slow on the upkeep.

  1. Get in pre-made.
  2. Have friends that are leagues better than you. (They get S you get anything below S)
  3. Don't profit. (I.E No Hextech Chests)

Unfortunately I didn't think to take a screenshot of the situation so I don't have anything to support/back up this. However, I still think it is an issue that should be looked into in the future.

Yes this has happened to me as well. I have only opened two chests: The free one at the beginning, and another from a friend previously getting an S rank.

However, yesterday, I was in a premade where myself and two friends got an S rank. I got no chest whatsoever, but the icon on my profile updated to show that I have earned a chest. There is also an icon by Alistar (the champ I was playing) showing that I have earned a chest from using him. But I have received nothing.

Hey i have the same bugg i make 10 games with s rank today and dont get 1 single chest but my friends get all chests its rly pissed me off damed buggs...

The same happened to me last night when i played a game with a friend they got an S- i didn't get a chest from it. Sorry if i had any bad spelling or grammar :(

You only receive the chest if it's the first time you or someone you grouped with has earned an S rank on that champ this season. You also have to have a chest available - check your profile to see.

EX:

You or your team mate gets an S on Miss Fortune, you can not get another chest anytime you or a team mate get an S on Miss Fortune for the rest of the season.
