I subscribed to LoL's official channel and I did not recieve the Alistar champion.

The promotion process never worked and you had to submit a ticket to get it, and the promotion has also ended anyway. You may still be able to acquire it by submitting a Support Ticket and having the Blitzcrank Bot give it to you automatically (put it under General Questions and have at least Unchained Alistar in the title).
