My game is broke

I log in, and go to select my gamemode and I can only select Blind pick because it says I do not own enough champions, thing is I have been playing for years and have all the champs but a few 6300 BE champs. It started happening a few days ago and thought it would be fixed but it has not. The new game mode odyssey that has come out is broken too, I have beaten it twice now and still can not progress into the harder stages and I can not open the augments because it just sits and loads, Can someone please help. I don't know what to do. I have restarted client and I have also done the full repair in the client but it still doesn't work.
