Rengar Passive Tick Bug [GAMEPLAY]

This is a bug that is really annoying to rengar players because we depend heavily on the timer to decide if we want to go in or not. In this case, the timer has been set to 6 seconds, which is 2 seconds less than it should be. It might have something to do with the fact that in the past, rengar's passive had a timer of 6 seconds. This is not a bug that is very frequent, but when it does pop up it's frustrating. I have seen this bug twice in total, once when his q was an AOE (in which case the timer was reduced to 4s) and this time. It may also help you to know that in the same game, I did not even see the blue buff spawn animation, I just saw it appear out of thin air.
