[BUG] Gragas' Q broke mid-game.

Recently played a game as Gragas. At one point, my Q ability (barrel roll) broke and I could not use it for the remainder of the game. Leaving and reconnecting to the game did not fix the issue. Whether pressing Q or clicking the ability icon, it would not cast at all. Other abilities were unaffected.

Unsure how to reproduce this bug, but it is pretty serious if someone can. I suspect CC while rolling the barrel may have something to do with it. The submit logs button seems to have disappeared from the PVP.net preferences menu as well, go figure.
