[Client] [Gameplay] Audio carryover

There are times when the lobby music plays after entering the champion select screen in addition to the typical champion select music. In other words, I distinctly hear two different tracks playing at the same time, and the lobby music persists into the game.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Ensure sound is turned on
2. Enter the queue for Ranked Solo or Draft Pick
3. After loading into the champion select screen, if you can hear the lobby music, the bug is currently active

Note: I have seen the bug twice over the past 20 games, once in a draft pick mode as a duo and the other in ranked solo. I have not seen the bug in other game modes.
