[LEAGUE SPECIFIC LAG] SUDDENLY HIGH PING IN LEAGUE OVERNIGHT

I played League yesterday with no problems, just cassualy minding my own business. Then i thought i would play me some ranked today, but then i suddenly experienced high ping. I've tried to switch the wifi to my mobile, flush DNS, re-patch and restart my router and nothing has helped YET. I usually have a ping around 30~40 and now it goes up to 350 all the time. This happened suddenly and are ongoing, please help!
