Cait ult bug
When I went to use Cait's ult on an enemy Ezreal he used his Hourglass active and it canceled the ult. However, it also put my ult on for the full cooldown. Should have gone on a shorter cooldown for the canceled ult that never casted.

Still would've cast if he used his active after you shot
No, her ult doesn't have that kind of "short cooldown on interruption" kit, unlike Sion's Q does. If it fails on any situation, eg. enemy use Zhonyas or w/e, it will go through a full cooldown, similar to when enemy interrupts Karthus ult.
You must've shot the ult before he zhonya's. Because it does put it on a lower cooldown
He interrupted your ult, so it went on full cd. Just like when Fidd is channeling his ult, if he is interrupted, it will go on its full cooldown as well.
As stated before in this thread, if you lost sight of your target or he dies before you fire, it will go on a shorter cooldown.
