Friend can't turn on DJ sona's music.
Say's the button isn't there where it should be.
Tab and the minimap button both don't seem to have it.

It's not on the screen itself that comes up when you hit Tab. It's to the left. KateyKhaos posted a screenshot.

I'm not sure they're looking in the right spot. It's not actually on the scoreboard. You told tab, and the music note icon is on the very left of the screen - right next to where the portraits are for your team; the ones that have the green bubble to show when someone's ult is ready.
I've attached a photo of where it is. :] Note, if there's more than one person on a team, the other portraits would be there - this is a custom game.

Friends of mine couldn't find the icon either. I've never played with a DJ Sona, only AS DJ Sona, and so I'm going from hear-say. My friends found it by Tabbing (Scoreboard) and then clicking on my (or Sona's) name (right or left click, unknown) and the option was listed.
