Game won't Advance past Reconnect Screen after Champ Select

I've done everything I could do from repairing the game, to resetting Windows 10 Networking, to installing the HextTech tool and running through all the various options before finally doing a clean install. Any other suggestions?

Having the exact same issue. Went through the connection stuff on help and nothing worked. Uinstalled/reinstalled 5 times, repaired 5 times, still nothing. This is really pissing me off.
