Queue error...

Hey, my problem is that whenever I click "Find Match" I get the penalty queue time(5 mins), but I didn't leave any game and I wasn't AFK, no matter what I do, I have to wait... I left three games, but that was two or three days ago, since then I have played like 10 matches, but I still had and I still have to wait to play... Any ideas why? Is this penalty lasting a few days?... Thank you!
