Bug Splat in Champion select

Ever since i got a new computer i keep getting bug splats in champion select. Sometimes i get bug splat as soon as the champion select starts so i'm able to come back and lock in my champion, but a lot of times i get bug splat as soon as i have the next pick so i don't get back in time to lock in my champion and i end up unintenionally dodging and having a queue dodge timer. I'm not having this problem when playing alone (without premades).

I don't even see the bug splat. It just sits at 0 and I can't lock in.
